I’m Jonathan, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional challenges, self-esteem, relationships, and the pressures of growing up in an increasingly overwhelming world. I believe therapy begins with creating a space where people feel genuinely safe, understood, and able to show up as themselves without fear of judgment, because meaningful change often grows from feeling truly seen and supported. I love working with kids and families because young people are still discovering who they are, and it’s incredibly meaningful to help them build confidence, emotional resilience, stronger connections, and a deeper trust in themselves and the people around them.
